After 6 year of rigorous training at NIMHANS he joined India's premier private hospital,Narayana Hrudayalaya Bangalore. as Consultant neuro and spine surgeon. With his surgical expertise, he obtained superior results on a wide variety of complex neurosurgery  cases like vascular microneurosurgery, skull base surgery and complex degenerative spine, including craniovertebetal junction anomalies. During this period at Narayana Hrudayalaya Bangalore he was offered a clinical attachment at two reputed hospital in UK, Ninewells Hospital, Dundee and Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, Scotland in 2013. he has done clinical attachment at Habour View Medical Center , Seattle  USA in July 2016.
